Tim is Head of Consents for the A122 Lower Thames Crossing, providing leadership and strategic direction on the delivery of one of the largest projects to successfully gain a DCO.  Alongside work for National Highways, Tim has advised on DCO consenting and delivery for clients in the water, energy and ports markets. Before working on projects seeking DCOs, he worked on the delivery of large construction programmes with significant infrastructure elements in the UK and overseas, both in the planning and the construction stages, including the London 2012 Olympic Games and the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar.
