Iceni

Anna has recently joined us after 9 years at Jacobs. She is an experienced DCO and consents project manager with 15 years’ experience who works in high pressure, challenging and fast changing environments within the UK infrastructure sector. Notable projects include Thames Tideway Tunnel, Lower Thames Crossing and Teddington Direct River Abstraction.

Anna has excellent project management and organisational skills, evidenced through her leading one of the UK’s largest infrastructure projects, the Lower Thames Crossing through its DCO and Examination. Anna balances her project management experience with her expertise in the DCO planning regime to strive for a positive consent. This includes implementing a whole project approach to a common goal whilst reducing the consent risk (No DCO, no Deliver).

With experience of both the planning and delivery phases of major programmes, Anna understands the importance of good planning for successful delivery. Anna is a positive and dedicated leader coupled with her ability to learn quickly and adapt to change, she leads teams to ensure the best outcome for the project. No problem is to big or small for Anna. Anna is a Chartered Town Planner (MRPTI), a Council Member for the National Infrastructure Planning Association (NIPA) and on the 2026 to 2028 General Assembly for the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).

Anna was a finalist for Best Consultant for the Women in Engineering and Construction Awards 2023 and named as a Women of Influence 2024 by the Planner.
