DCO Development Director at Anglian Water, Karen leads the DCO development phase for two multi-£billion raw water reservoirs planned for the East of England in the Cambridgeshire Fens and Lincolnshire, that will not only secure water supply for future generations but will create places where people, water and nature come together.

Having joined Anglian Water in 2018, Karen led their first Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project (NSIP), securing an S35 direction and leading the only water infrastructure project that has been consented through the Development Consent Order (DCO) process since Thames Tideway.

Karen has extensive major projects and corporate affairs experience developed in utilities, banking, regulation, and top-tier consultancy with responsibility for leading complex, high value programmes.
