Paul is Head of Customer Management at National Grid Electricity Transmission. He is accountable for working with customers to connect their projects to the high voltage transmission network in England & Wales.

Paul has worked at National Grid for over 14 years, holding a number of roles across strategic, commercial and operational functions. Prior to Electricity Transmission, Paul worked directly with the Group CEO and Executive Team. His experience also includes 10 years within the GB Electricity System Operator, holding leadership roles responsible for delivery of market facilitation, back-office mechanisms, contract management and strategic relationship management.
