Mark started his career as a eurobond trader at Nomura, before moving into the energy markets as an oil, gas and carbon trader. From 2006 to 2010 he was head of power and carbon trading at E.On Energy Trading. In 2019 Mark began working with PVDP obtaining grid connections for large solar projects in the UK. The first of those is Botley WestSolar Farm, 840MW in Oxfordshire, now approaching the end of its DCO examination. Mark has an MA in Modern History from Christ Church, Oxford.
