Suzie Willis is Head of NSIP Strategy and Policy at the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government, leading the government’s planning and environmental policy reforms to accelerate consenting and deliver 150 major infrastructure decisions this Parliament. A chartered town planner with nearly 20 years’ experience, she oversees NSIP measures in the Planning & Infrastructure Act and works across government, industry and regulators to modernise the regime and strengthen national infrastructure delivery. Suzie has held senior roles shaping planning legislation, performance and system reform across central government and previously secured complex planning consents in both the public and private sectors.
