Michael Baker is a Chartered Town Planner and DCO Development Project Manager at RWE Solar and Storage where he has managed NSIP scale solar projects since 2021. Michael began his career in the Infrastructure Planning Commission and PINS, from where he joined the consenting team for Tidal Lagoon Swansea Bay. Following this, Michael spent 6 years at Arup prior to joining RWE, where he expanded his experience across all stages of the DCO process in road, rail, electricity line and tidal NSIPs.
