Victoria is a Senior Technical Director at Arcadis and has been delivering major infrastructure projects for over 23 years.  Victoria is currently supporting National Grid as the Senior PM for Consents and Land on EGL 3 and 4, their largest and most complex electricity transmission project to date. EGL 3 and 4 will link England and Scotland crossing the terrestrial and marine environments and is being jointly delivered by National Grid with two Scottish transmission companies.   Prior to this, Victoria has been involved in a number of major rail and highway infrastructure projects, taking schemes through the pre-application stage to examination and has significant experience of working with stakeholders at each stage of the process.
