Gail is responsible for a portfolio of NI casework, including energy, transport, waste, and water infrastructure projects.  Her role involves developer engagement at pre-application, working with the  inspector profession, and managing projects through the consenting process at a sector and strategic level. She also oversees an area of Specialist casework.

An ecologist by background, Gail started her infrastructure career in the private sector before joining The Inspectorate as a specialist EIA and HRA advisor working on some of the most complex casework in the UK.  She is a Chartered member of the Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management.
