Natalie Freislich-Mills is the Strategic Lead, Skills for Infrastructure at Suffolk County Council, focusing on maximising socio-economic benefits of significant infrastructure development. Natalie leads the Regional Skills Coordination Function for NSIPs in Suffolk and the region to promote a coordinated, collaborative and strategic response to skills shortages, ensuring projects leave a lasting legacy.

Prior to joining SCC in May 2023, Natalie led the Uni Connect programme for Essex, funded by the Office for Students, establishing and coordinating award-winning strategic partnerships between colleges, universities, local authorities and the Career and Enterprise Company to promote social mobility and widening participation in higher education.
