Greg is currently leading offshore consenting for the 1.5MW Outer Dowsing Offshore Wind project, a joint venture project being developed by TotalEnergies, Corio Generation and Gulf Energy Developments. 

Greg started his career at the Marine Management Organisation, where he gained significant experience of the NSIP regime from the perspective of a statutory stakeholder before joining National Grid where he secured offshore consents for Viking Link interconnector. Prior to joining TotalEnergies Greg work at The Crown Estate working on the delivery of Offshore Wind Leasing Round 4 and the early development of Offshore Wind Leasing Round 5, the next offshore wind leasing round for floating offshore wind projects in the Celtic Sea.
