Will is a chartered town panner with over 21 years of work experience in the field of planning and development. Will has been the DCO Lead Developer at RES since November 2022, leading on utility scale solar developments. Will has experience progressing DCO projects through the system as a client, with National Grid and RES. As well as a consultant whilst at Carter Jonas and WSP. Will has extensive experience developing a variety of complex linear projects, including overhead lines, pipelines and interconnectors, normally across multiple LPA areas and in some cases multiple countries. More recently Will has turned his attention to large scale solar, BESS and Green Hydrogen sites across England.
